Is a filter set on the register to show "last year"?  Filters are at the top of the register.

You indicate that it is set for "last year", then you need to hit the reset button so that it shows all of the transactions.

Can you post a screen shot of the top of the account showing the filters?  It's not clear what you have it set for.  It should NOT say "last year".  Sounded like you were saying YES that it is set for last year.  Last year is 2012.  You don't want any filters on it.

Are you in the right file?  Maybe you opened the wrong one like a backup file.

Have you possibly opened the wrong file?
There is a Find Quicken file on the File menu.
Maybe you have opened an old one.

Is this in all your accounts or just one?  If you run a report do they show up?  We have another thread going for someone else that isn't showing his either.

Just double checking. You are sorted by DATE, right?  With the newest date at the bottom?  Did you try clicking the DATE column heading to sort it?  See how on my screen shot the Date column is highlighted and there is a little triangle in it.
