When I download, some transactions are missing. Why? How can i fix this?

    How are you downloading?  Direct Connect, Express Web Connect or Web Connect (look on the Account List - Tools menu to see)
    Are they shown in the OFXlog file (Reports menu)?

    Not sure, I don't see a "tools menu" in the account list. What I do is click on the One Step Update button.

    The Account List is on the Tools menu.

    Yes, I've been there and don't find anything that tells me how I am downloading. The Quicken help tells me it automatically uses one of three types. From the descriptions I believe it is using express web connect.

    Ok, I found some references to OFX logs in the "Help Menu". Looked at the OFX log, but don't see anything that looks like it tells me how it is downloading.

    The second or third column shown in the Account List is Transaction Download column which says which type of download connection is used for each account.

    After rummaging about I finally found it. It uses Express Web Connect.
