my account is disabled please help

my account has been disabled. What is happening

    How has it been disabled?  More information needed.

    I tried to back up info and the screen said account disabled.  
    Do I need to upgrade software?
    Is my account paid in full.

    Are you using Quicken Online Backup?

    Yes I tried to back up and was told my account was disabled.

    I am on my iPad, I use quicken on my other computer.
