@Sherlock's answer points you to a good guide to the mobile app; although it shows Windows screens, the same mobile app works with the Mac and Windows desktop versions of Quicken. One thing it doesn't make quite clear is that you can't enter transactions for or sync your investment accounts in the mobile app -- only cash, credit card and bank accounts.
