Import from Quicken 2007 to Quicken 2015 for MAC is showing negative, incorrect share counts for bon

I just purchased Quicken 2015 (v2.1.1). I have been using Quicken 2007 for MAC and its predecessors. When I imported the Quicken 2007 QFDM the cash accounts seem great, the brokerage ones for stocks seem good too. BUT, brokerage ones for BONDS are messed up. While I have BUYs in Quicken 2007, and correct portfolio summaries reflecting last purchase (or last entered price) ... in Quicken 2015 I have following the BUY BOND transactions: a) correct bases (GOOD); b) NEGATIVE SHARE COUNT VALUES (BAD); and, c) missing prices (ANNOYING).

When I enter a bond price, the negative Share Count value causes a negative current Value. (Note: same behavior on 10.9.5 and 10.10/Yosemite.)

Needless to say, my bond portfolios are in tatters.

Any explanation on why the import created incorrect share counts in Q2015? And suggestions on how to fix/override this?

    Bit more ...

When I entered an equivalent bond purchase manually the SHARE COUNT was fine!  So the incorrect SHARE COUNT only occurs as a result of the Quicken 2007 Import.    But darn if I can find anyway to override the often negative value.

... This has to be an IMPORT problem.  Is there a hidden flag somewhere?    Is there some way to rebuild the portfolio?

PS  I also found a nit that that the field: "Coupon (Interest)" is marked as percentage "%" but should be absolute decimal: E.g. .062 not 6.2 for 6.2%.  This is very minor.

Again, it's a SHARE BALANCE problem only with the BONDS.

Oddly, I am not able to change the share balance even if I modify the BUY BONDS transaction.  I should also add this is a DOWNLOADED transaction.   So SHARE BALANCE must be coming from the download and protected or somesuch?

SHARES IN and SHARES are correct, and track the BUY BONDS transactions.   BUT the SHARE BALANCE never changes even when SHARES IN and SHARES do change.    It seems locked and cannot be overridden.

(Aside: My download is from UBS.  Is there any known issue with BONDS and SHARE BALANCE in UBS downloads?)

I might add that a BUNCH of bonds all have EXACTLY the same SHARE BALANCE!  So it seems that they are all somehow aliasing to the same wrong (and unmodifiable) value.  By the way, the IMPORTED BUY BONDS transactions were all coerced to use that incorrect SHARE BALANCE as the purchase size during the import process even though that wasn't what was in any of the original Quicken 2007 transactions.   (Aside: maybe a wrong field was used in that conversion/import tool for Buy Bonds transaction types?)

Sorry about writing so much, but I am trying to understand/work-around this.  I suppose I can re-enter every bond Buy and Sell (tracing back to 1988, across some many 10's of accounts) but it would undo all the reconciliations I have made.

Again, Stocks are working like champs.  It is just Bonds' Share Balances that seem screwed up.
