My Amazon credit card, issued by Chase, downloads into Q quite well.

I suspect that [mention://5479792 @joestaron] is talking about a CSV file, right?

Well, until the OP responds to splasher's question ... we'll never know.

Joe is asking if there is any way to download Amazon data to Quicken, whether CSV or QDF or QFX, etc

If Chase displays your Amazon card on their website, then you can download a QFX file for Quicken.

[mention://5479792 @joestaron] ; The big confusion here is "Amazon data".  Amazon has lots of kinds of data.
If you mean Amazon Credit card, Quicken Tamara's answer (and NotACPA's) are what you want.

If you are talking about some other kind of data you need to specify exactly what "data" you are referring to.

I have a CHASE credit card with three accounts. Amazon data [expenses, etc] will not connect.  The other two accounts work fine with importing into Quicken. Amazon techs apparently don't know what Quicken is because they seem to be in India.

First of all I can't figure out  where Tamara's response is located since I received so many responses.
Let me start all over and try to make it as clear as I can.:
I have a CHASE Account with three VISA credit cards.  When I go through the simple Quicken 2016 process of  "One Step Update Settings" ["Download Transactions and Balances"], two of the Credit cards download Transactions and Balances nicely.  However the Amazon credit card does not  download any Transactions or Balances.  Amazon says it is a Quicken issue.
