One step update insists on unchecking a brokerage account. I can manually check it, but I need to do

    I think I figured out the answer. For the firm involved, I had two accounts. One was an old inactive account with the password removed from the password vault. The other was the current one in use. 


    I solved the problem by deactivating the online services for the account for which I had no password in the vault, leaving the online services active for the other one.
