Quicken 2013, Parallels, and the mobile app

Hi,

Has anyone tried to run Quicken 2013 on a Mac with Parallels...AND used the mobile app to synch with the desktop data file?

I currently use iBank for Mac primarily because of the ability to more or less seamlessly synch the mobile app to the desktop. But...the mobile app isn't perfect, and frankly, neither is iBank. So I'm considering some pretty drastic changes.

Thanks in advance,
Scott

You Sync to the cloud from the computer, not from the app to computer. If you enter transactions on the app they are stored in cloud until next time you sync from computer.  Should work fine with your setup on the MAC.

    Hi Scott
I run Quicken 2013 for Windows on a MacBook Air via Parallels and sync the system to my iPhone and iPad via the Mobile app. Works great -- there were some system updates on Quicken and the Mobile app to get split categories working right but now with version R10 on Quicken it's accurate and smooth running.
