Will Quicken for Mac 2015 allow unlimited items in split window?

Will Quicken for Mac 2015 allow unlimited items in split window? One of the many reasons I didn't downgrade to Quicken Essentials is that it would not allow enough items in the split window. Quicken Essentials was a major downgrade from Quicken 2007.

Anybody working with 2015 is under a NDA and can't answer this question.

That said, Marcus has made it publicly known that newer versions will be based off Essentials. That version didn't have a limitation on splits, but 2007 an older did.

Actually Quicken 2007 for Mac did not have limitations on splits. I use the splits to enter all the data from either my credit cards and/or paychecks. When I first tried Essentials, before I sent it back, it didn't have the option to have all the information I need in the split.

There is a limit, but you might not have reached it. (And you might wish to consider setting you your CC as its own account so the transactions are categorized there, and you simply pay the CC with a transfer. This avoids that split CC kerfuffle.)

While it doesn't matter at this point, I don't think you used Essentials long enough to see the splits-it is far more powerful and runs circles around 2007 or older.

But, your question was about 2015

but your response does not address the main concern--Essentials limited the # of splits in a transaction. Now that Q2015 has been released, does Q2015 also have this limitation?
