Mobile Sync Missing Accounts

When i Reset Cloud Data, all the accounts are sync'ed. However, after i do a standard update, It removes a lot of accounts.

It only sync's 1 account from my cap fed bank.

    Yup, I have the same problem. Used their Chat support function for help. Totally useless! Tried it twice, useless both times. Very frustrating!! Further, after I got a message that there was an update today, and after updating, I can no longer "Reset Cloud Data." It just freezes at "reseting local data."


    I have NEVER had so much trouble with non-beta software. Intuit should be embarrassed, and the lack of any sort of support is maddening!


    Sorry I don't have an answer for you...just venting!

    Yup, I have the same problem. Syncs onces, then loses many of my accounts (but keeps a few). Need to keep resetting the cloud data.
