Quicken Mac 2015 only downloaded transactions from 2007-2009 (NONE up to 2014) from my Mac Quicken 2
I have tried deleting my Quicken Mac 2015 application from my mac & reinstall but only the old data that transferred initially shows! I am ready to get a credit and find a new platform! I can't afford to use 2015 app if I lose all my previous data!!! HELP! Is there a customer service/support number or chat to contact?

Sorry to hear about the issues you are having. One thing I would suggest off hand is checking the Filter Options up at the top of the register. Give "Reset" a click to see if that helps (time will default to 12 months instead of all dates).
