Quicken Mac 2015 only downloaded transactions from 2007-2009 (NONE up to 2014) from my Mac Quicken 2

I have tried deleting my Quicken Mac 2015 application from my mac & reinstall but only the old data that transferred initially shows! I am ready to get a credit and find a new platform! I can't afford to use 2015 app if I lose all my previous data!!! HELP! Is there a customer service/support number or chat to contact?

    Sorry to hear about the issues you are having. One thing I would suggest off hand is checking the Filter Options up at the top of the register. Give "Reset" a click to see if that helps (time will default to 12 months instead of all dates).

    I need help to get my financial information in my new Mac.  My old MacPro is being repaired but can take up to at least a month to get parts.  Tried to restore from my 2007 back up but it didn't restore all of it just thru 2009.

    Whatever was downloaded does not have filter options at the top of the register .
