You can trigger a price update from any investment account.
Click on any investment account or account grouping in the left sidebar.
Click on the Portfolio button near the top left of the main display area.
Click on the Last updated mm/dd/yy at h:mm link or the red dot just to the right of the link. This link appears just below the Holdings by(Account / Type / Security / Asset Class) heading
Of course, if there is a server problem, all bets are off.

This is not working me, and my server is working just fine. Notice lots of people have this issue.
