error ol 290 using quicken 2007 billpay after installing yosemite operating system
will not connect error ol-290 cannot connect to server. window keeps coming up saying chase changed its processing of online payments. I need this to work I depend on this so much, can't get 2015 yet cause no billpay

Same issue. Yosemite upgrade last night. OL-290. Doesn't event seem to want to try connecting.
OL-290 now happens with Mavericks also. Apparently this is a Quicken 2007 for Mac/Intuit problem that just happens to coincide with the newly available Yosemite upgrade. I'm guessing that Intuit changed the way their server communicates with financial institutions within the last week.

Interesting that this problem coincided with the release of Quicken 2015. Hmmmm.
It also coincided with the announcement of the POODLE SSL 3.0 vulnerability on October 14, which is causing many financial institutions to block SSL connections which QM 2007 requires. (See https://www.us-cert.gov/ncas/alerts/TA14-290A or Google for "poodle ssl")
