I cannot download using web connect my transactions from my Capital one Canadian Costco credit card. It is financial institution 14587. It says that the institution is not recognized.

The web app says it is for quicken after version 2003.

Any help will be appreciated

Quicken Canada sucks... I shouldn't have bought it. Even their website, there is no contact information even email for quicken. They only have information for quickbook and other products.

    IMHO, you should

    1) complain to Costco Canada

    2) complain to Capital One Canada

    3) contact Quicken Support and complain

To contact Quicken Support, please use this link only: http://quicken.intuit.com/go/contactsupport
Other links found elsewhere on the Internet may not be from Intuit. Use those at your own risk.

On the Support webpage, answer the questions about Product and Category (select Downloading ... / Adding an account) from top to bottom, using mouse clicks only. Do NOT press Enter!
The webpage will expand dynamically at the bottom to give you more information. You will have to take it from there.
Note: You may have to scroll down to see the expanded webpage if your browser window is not tall enough.

First of all, Thanks for giving me the link. I wasn't able to find it from any page on the website.

The reason why I said "Sucks" is that there is no contact information at all. Even if I call the customer support and choose quicken from the option, the phone gets hung up without any comment.
I wasn't even able to find the link that you gave here on any pages in quicken canada website.
Even if you go to purchase page, there is no phone number only for quicken. No email or no phone. How should I contact Quicken Support?
