Quicken Support Currently Unavailable

We are experiencing technical issues with our Quicken support system and agents are unable to respond to a Chat session, or unable to receive phone calls.

We are working to resolve this issue as rapidly as possible.

    Just want somewhere to make a suggestion.  My credit union will not allow for access to Quicken.  Is there something that you could do to make them feel more secure about giving access to customers using quicken? Peg [Removed personal info as this is a public forum]

    all my records for 2014,2015 and 2016 were just gone without touching anything. Where can I get them back? These are cash accounts and I'm desperate to find them,at least 2016 transactions for 5 accounts!

    i'm working without being able to find my 2016 files for 5 accounts and they are business accounts, Please help

    In that thread, let us know the name of your credit union. With that information, someone here may be able to give you better information.
