Quicken 2016 Canada will not start
I just bought and downloaded Quicken Home and Business 2016, Canadian Edition to replace my 2014 version. (I've been using Quicken for about 25 years.) When I tried to start it, I got the "an unknown error..." message. So I looked that up online and saw that I needed to download an update. I went to https://www.quicken.com/support/quicken-2016-windows-release-notes-updates-and-mondo-patch and downloaded the update, but it told me that it was the wrong update for my version. How do I get the correct update for the Canadian H&B 2016?
