QWin 2017: Can't Find PayPal Accounts

Deluxe 2017 cannot find all of my PayPal accounts correctly.  Why?

    What error codes, error messages, symptoms do you get?

    What have you tried so far to resolve the issue?

    What bank(s) are you having issues with?

    What version of Windows are you using?

    Also need to know what version and release of Quicken you are using.

    When I had the problem in 2016 Deluxe late last week, I reached out to customer support. Over two chat sessions with two different techs and eventually two case numbers, I updated Quicken 2016 to R10, and deactivated and tried to reactivate. In reactivating under tech guidance, I was only given the option to add the account as Checking or Savings, or ignore. I was eventually told it was a PayPal issue and to contact Paypal. PayPal was baffled why Quicken would suggest this and had no idea of a solution. Obviously, neither does Quicken. . .. I'm waiting for a legitimate fix and not a bunch of craziness from Quicken Customer Support.

    Same problem here. (Both with the PayPal Credit account and with Quicken non-support.)

    Doesn't appear that ANYBODY gives a care about this ongoing issue with so many Q-Users. . ..

    Not working for me either using Quicken 2017 for Mac.

    Not working for me either, although there are several posts on other threads that claim it is fixed.
