Home & Business (Windows) - Project/Job List - Other options

The standard statuses do not work for my needs. My statuses are: Ordered, Billed, and Paid. I would like another box at the top (or something in the Options dropdown) that will allow me to just show those with the status Ordered. I have already deleted the others, so I cannot simply substitute one that is in the Options dropdown. 


Maybe others have some workaround?

    Looks to me like what you're asking,
    • allow filtering of the Job List by selected Status keyword, replacing the available hardcoded "Hide ..." choices in the Options menu
    would require a programming change to Quicken.
    I think it's a good idea. It would make the Job List more flexible, more usable.

    I'll see if I can get one of the Community Moderators to change this post into an "Idea".
    Ideas are supposed to be brought to the attention of Quicken developers. The more votes they collect the more likely it is for an Idea to get implemented in a future version of Quicken.

    As a workaround until then try "printing" the Job List to Excel and massage the resulting spreadsheet to your needs.
