I have quickbooks premier 2017. When I use the quickens Xray it doe not pick up the Japanese etf.

I have a large portion from IRA in my investment mix. It shows on Xray of have 0%

    I am going to assume you mean Quicken 2017 and not QuickBooks.

    What account do you have the Japanese ETF in? Is it an IRA, investment, etc.

    And remember that the X-ray analysis is done by Morningstar, probably based on the Ticker for your ETF. Make sure the ticker is correct on the security detail page, 

    Then go to Morningstar.com and get a quote for the ETF to see how they classify it.

    It shows up as 80% percent Japanese etf

    At the top of the X-ray tab, there are drop-down boxes to set which accounts and securities are included in the data sent to M*. Are these set correctly?

    Check the date and time of the update and click Refresh X-ray to update the data if necessary, it does not update automatically.
