Set preference for accepting downloaded investment transactions?

Using Quicken 2015 for Windows I download investment transactions and click accept all. But some require specifying average cost or lot id. I ALWAYS choose lot id. Does anyone know how I can set that as a default preference?

    There isn't such an option.

Same problem in Quicken Home and Business 2016. Hope Quicken listens.

These days they are also taken if you if you post here and mark it as an Idea.
And that lets others vote it up if they like.

But in fact I'm sure that this idea has been suggested many times (I have certainly seen it quite a few times in the Quicken forums and betas).

It just hasn't yet, gotten a high enough priority over all the other things they need to do.

@charles... FWIW, when that selection box pops up and if you are relying on the FIFO default, you can simply select the lot selection button and click the "OK" button. No need to be more specific. It amounts to two clicks.

I do not disagree at all that Quicken, Inc. could make this more user friendly.

I also noted your posted "Idea".

I know it is "only" 2 clicks, but each time you click, Quicken does a recalculation. Then the Cost Basis screen for the next download pops up. When you have 10-20 downloads, it wears on ones patience. Just saying, I hope it pops up on Quickens radar.
