Quicken 2015 Windows will not update info on Quicken.com

    Are you talking about investing.quicken.com and updating your portfolios?
    If so, more details, please. What kind of error messages do you get?

    What is the exact
    release number for your version of Quicken?

    If clicking on Help / About Quicken does not show one of the following you are
    missing required software updates:

    Quicken US version:

    - "2015 ... Release R12",  https://www.quicken.com/support/quicken-2015-windows-release-notes-updates-and-mondo-patch

    Has that ever worked for you?

    Have you checked your One Step Update Settings to see that the function to update investing.quicken.com is activated and that at least 1 investment account is selected?

    There should be messages in the One Step Update Summary with more information.

    Yes It says Updated but doesn't update.Maybe a server problem?

    I've been having the same problem. Everything appears fine in Quicken when I update but I have duplicate accounts showing up and some not updating on investing.quicken.com. I'm using Quicken for Windows 2015.

    I have accounts that were deleted in Quicken still appearing online. It is not updating with Q2017

    Logon to your quicken.com account. Go to "Manage Web Portfolios & Watchlists"


    Click the gray button with the "X" in the middle just to the left of each account you want to delete.

    Quicken user since Q1999. Currently using QW2017.
