Hi @Steve Sovern, If you call from a phone number other than the one you registered with Premium Support, or if you entered the phone number incorrectly when/if prompted, you may have ended up in the wrong queue.
I'd suggest trying to call premium support again from the phone number that's registered in your account on Quicken.com--
I have tried this a number of times. I can only assume that there is an incorrect phone number on record and I have no way of knowing what it is. Please help me find a way to assure that entering my correct phone number will allow me access to Premium Support.

Note I'm only going by what I have heard on here, I have never used Premium Support.
