Premiuim Support turns out to be of little value. I have just given up waiting on phone support and see the wait on chate is 29 minutes

    With Premium Support you were supposed to get a special number (sent in the email when you signed up).  Did you call that number?

    Note I'm only going by what I have heard on here, I have never used Premium Support.

    @Steve Sovern ...  I suggest you contact Quicken, Inc. and ask them for a full refund in regard to what you paid them for "Premium Support".

    Hi @Steve Sovern,
    If you call from a phone number other than the one you registered with Premium Support, or if you entered the phone number incorrectly when/if prompted, you may have ended up in the wrong queue.

    I'd suggest trying to call premium support again from the phone number that's registered in your account on Quicken.com--

    I have tried this a number of times.  I can only assume that there is an incorrect phone number on record and I have no way of knowing what it is. Please help me find a way to assure that entering my correct phone number will allow me access to Premium Support.

    Yes it is,  I sure wonder why I get shunted into the que.  Yesterday my wait was 45 minutes.  What else can we do?

    That is strange--to confirm, you're dialing the phone number ending in 7170?
