Text message account confirmation for iPhone does not work. I must always use email confirmation which takes longer. Can Quicken fix this using text messages?
Why would this matter? In my case, I can't receive text or emails but if I change my password or user id, the text message confirmation works. It never works when trying to log into my account.
It would matter, possibly, because Quicken/Intuit probably use email-to-text to deliver the message. The systems vary by carrier and there may be an alternative they can use.
However, your best bet is to contact Quicken support at Quicken Support. This board is not monitored by Quicken Support and none of your fellow users here are really going to be able to help you with this.

I have always reverted to receiving an email confirmation; which has always been received instantly. I have checked that Quicken has my correct phone numbers which is with one of the top 3 national carrier in Canada. This is a frustration, should I expect the problem to addressed by Quicken? Calling there premium support line is also a frustration as after being on hold for up to an hour I give up.
