credit score reported as all zeroes.

Since equifax had their breach I have gotten only zero on last two credit scores. I am using Quicken Deluxe 2018 r3.4. I was using 2017 Deluxe with the new update for Quicken ID on the first occurrence.

    Hello Stephen,

As a test, can you create a new test data file, don't add any accounts or anything of the sort. Once created, select the credit score function and input your information to pull up your credit score info. Is the result different from what was seen on your actual data file?

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled credit score.

My new credit score is 0 and it says I'm right where I need to be....

Mine has been a 0 since the R15.1 update.  I've wasted hours on chats.
