Fraud
How can I reach the fraud department in Quicken? Have a company that has been entered into almost all my accts in my payees list. There is an investigation by the credit card company and they said I should contact Quicken. It is a card that I could not connect to Quicken and was listed in Quicken but not listed to a bank. They are a gaming company and at 82 I do not play anything but Microsoft solitaire.. I was editing my payee list and found the same card had been used or listed in most of the payee's lists. Need advice. Am using Quicken 2016 Deluxe.

You need to IMMEDIATELY contact the Credit Card company's fraud department and dispute these charges!
You may also want to file a police report.
Quicken cannot help you here.
What "payee list" are you referring to?
Are you talking about bill reminders, memorized payees, or are you running a report or something?
Note you can contact Quicken support here and they can put you in touch with their fraud department (I hope), but it sounds like you have a bit of a mystery to unravel, because I don't really see any connection to the fraud in Quicken. In fact it is a shame that credit card wasn't connected to Quicken for downloading, because you might have notice the bad charges sooner.
Note if the "payee list" is the bill reminders, that is just what was entered when they were created and only "apply" when the reminder is used. The same with memorized payees. If they are actually transactions in the register Quicken really has no way to know what the "other account" is in a transfer and it is possible for them to be set to account that wasn't really use in real life. But reconciling all the accounts should show up that kind of problems.

Adding the Downloaded Payee column would show the names transmitted by the bank.
The only thing that is confusing is this:
"It is a card that I could not connect to Quicken and was listed in Quicken but not listed to a bank."
If it was never connected, it's unclear why the credit card company would think it's a Quicken issue.
Unconnected accounts never go online, so no way for anybody to "get" the Quicken data for fraudulent purposes.
