    We need some more information in order to assist you:

    What bank(s) are you having issues with?
    What account types (checking, savings, etc.) are you having issues with?
    What have you tried so far to resolve the issue?
    What version of Windows or Mac OS are you using?
    Also need to know what version and release of Quicken you are using. You must be on the latest release (patch) level for your supported Quicken version. If you're missing patches, update your software first.
    Click Help / About Quicken (Mac: Quicken / About Quicken) to determine year/version and release.

    CHASE BANK, CHECKING ACCOUNT, CALLED BANK AND THEY SAID CONTACT YOU, WINDOWS 7, QUICKEN 2018, ALL PATCHES UPDATED, PLEASE ADVISE

    Are you getting any specific errors when attempting to download from Chase Bank? (CC-???, OL-???)

    No errors.  The checks are correct in the bank account, but download to Quicken with incorrect payee (all the same).

    You may have an adequate solution within Quicken.  The next time one of these transactions is downloaded, bring up the renaming dialogue.  (Tools>Renaming rules)  Follow the instructions to tell Quicken to convert these transactions to use the proper name.
