Mondo Patch current Quicken Release Wrong
I did a search and came up with the following that was marked "Solved" but it is not solved.

I downloaded the Mondo patch for Quicken 2018 R5.20. My version is 5.15 but the Mondo installer read it as 1.0. This needs to be addressed.

Why are you using the Mondo Patch for your Quicken - Premier, when you have R5.15 installed?
Why didn't you download the Manual Patch, instead?

Apologies for the confusion--this is a known issue with the way the patch version is displayed, and we're working on a fix--from what we've observed, users are on the 'correct' release when they launch, it's just the release number display that is incorrect.
