    Hey Allen,

I would review this FAQ on reconciling https://www.quicken.com/support/reconciling-account-quicken-windows.

I would also recommend saving a back up prior to reconciling as restoring the back up may be the easiest way to undo a reconcile.

Thank for getting back to me Tyka. :)
On the far right, the first column, Quicken has in red "uncleared", but that's not true.  Is there a way I can removed "uncleared"?

    Allen,

    Can you please
capture one or more images of the parts of your Quicken window showing the
issue, sensitive information blacked out as necessary to protect your privacy
but annotated to describe the situation, and attach the image(s) here?

The Windows Snipping Tool (available with Windows 7 and up) can be used to
capture a partial screen image and save it to a file.  Microsoft Paint can be used to annotate the
    image.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/13776/windows-use-snipping-tool-to-capture-screenshots

To take a screenshot in Mac please see https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201361

Please create image files of type PNG, JPG or GIF only.

To attach the image here, start composing your reply. At the bottom of the text
    entry window you'll see a row of icons beginning with B I U S

Click the camera icon (not the video camera icon). It will allow you to select
and upload the captured image file from your computer. The captured image will
be inserted at wherever the cursor is located in the text.

Are you downloading transactions from the bank for the account beginning with "Juice P"?

The Status column (the one with the blue dot in the column header) shows
    a pencil icon + "Uncleared"
for a transaction entered manually or with a manual reminder. No matching transaction has ever been downloaded from the bank.

For these transactions, what is the symbol shown in the "Clr" column? "blank", "c" or "R"
(If the Clr column is not wide enough to show anything, make it wider by dragging the column header's right separation line "|" to the right a bit)

Allen, are you aware of the Help afforded in the Quicken Program itself? If you have time, explore the Help Items particularly reached vis the pathway on the Menu Bar of (Help>Getting Started Guide) or (Help>Quicken Help). I think such menu entries are in your flavor of Home & Business 2018.

I know that some folks feel that the Help afforded in Quicken needs to be sorely updated. (grin) Sometimes I forget to reference such Help myself. But it is there. Be sure to check it out; if you have not already.

I was able to make make all "c".  Thank you for making the issue clear to me.

    Sure.
How about you start a fresh NEW POST and tell us all about it.
Please do not forget to include both Quicken edition and version and Windows version on your new post.
