Unable to Provide Feedback in QM 2017, v 4.6.9

Clicking on "Provide Feedback" link takes one to a page labelled "Quicken Mac Upgrader". Seems that the Quicken staff is not interested in feedback any more. How can one provide feedback to someone, Eric Dunn, perhaps?

For specific issues, you can use menu Help > Report a Problem.

For general comments, there's a link the page below to email Eric Dunn:

Rick: Great minds think alike. Prior to receiving your reply just sent a message to Mr. Dunn using the link you just sent me. The problem I have with the "Report a Problem" link is that it states that they do not respond to any posts to that link. I'd like to have a dialog with someone in Quicken. Thank you for your quick response to my post.

The only other way is to contact customer support via chat or phone.

Ken, the old Feedback link was always one-way; it wasn't ever for dialog with Quicken. The Report a Problem feature essentially replaced the Feedback link, but for some reason they failed/forgot to remove it from the Quicken 2017 menu.

Quicken Support is the only sure way to have dialog with someone at Quicken. Of course, they can't talk with you about future features or policies, only specific problems you're having using Quicken.

The email to the office of the president may or may not result in a reply. According to reports here, typically a customer service person will acknowledge or reach out to you. (But don't expect you'll be talking to Eric Dunn or a senior member of the leadership team.)
