I want to know this as well.  I have a Social Security check deposited every 2nd Wednesday and I can't add this as income in the Bills and Income tab.

    Hi all.

    Appreciate your question.

In Quicken for Mac 2018, you would setup a scheduled deposit in the ledger.

    1) Click on "New Scheduled Payment" under Schedule on the very bottom of the screen:

    2) Enter the details of the payment in the ledger entry and then set up your scheduled transaction:

    3) Once it's entered, click on the Income Tab and you should see the scheduled depositr:

    Hope this helps.

I am looking all over under the Bill & Income tab and then clicking on Income...there is nothing on the bottom for Scheduled Payment...Help. Things just seemed easier in Quicken for Windows. But i' sure it's just a matter of getting use to it.
    Need someone help....

Even when I use the Option-Command-N, nothing comes up, get a ding. The menu option for new scheduled payment is greyed out?

Make sure you are in an individual account and not in a group view. Click on the sidebar account name to select the desired account.

OK, that did it. Thanks. Wow...Quicken for Windows and Mac is drastically different. I still have a learning curve with Mac overall switching from Windows. But I do love my iMac and I have Windows installed via VMWare Fusion...
