I just created a new quicken file, a new quicken mobile file and a cash account. I then created a new budget, with just one entry for August - Salary and put in 1000$.

Did a sync - budgets are not syncing. This is not a mobile app problem. In the current Canadian version H&B 2018 version R4.4 - build 27.1.4.4 - uploading budget data is disabled by the developers.

The only time it is going to work is either in Quicken 2019 or a patch before then.

    I am using 5.0.45.

Again, when syncing I do not see the budget being uploaded from desktop to cloud.

I don't know where you got your info from but it doesn't look like a mobile app problem.

I used to see it state during sync that the budget was being uploaded on the desktop. I no longer see that.

This is desktop related from what i can tell unless you can prove otherwise...

I uninstalled my version and reinstalled Quicken mobile app and was downgraded to 5.0.35.

Ok my bad - my apologies for my previous reply but still doesn't explain why I don't see the budget being uploaded status unless it was removed.

all  version of  the Mobile app above 5.0.35 have been withdrawn
That doesn't mean that Q is going out to your mobile device and chop out any versions above 5.0.35 .... it means that they're no longer going to offer that/those versions for download.

SO, your "downgrade" to 5.0.35 is exactly what I would have expected after an uninstall of 5.0.45.

well that would be the problem then.  The play store won't let me load anything other than 5.0.35

ALL versions above 5.0.35 have been withdrawn from download because of problems.

YES they were available for a while ... but no longer, because of problems associated with them.

We all just have to wait until Q gets the issues worked out.
