NetXInvestor 2018

OK, I've been working on getting NetXInvestor to work on Quicken 2017 for months and months and months and this worked. The ID requires the FINANCIAL ORG NUMBER (3 digits) a space and then your ID.... For all this time I used XXXIDIDIDID no space after XXX. Now I do this:
XXX IDIDIDID with a space after XXX the FINANCIAL ORG NUMBER and it WORKED!!!

Could it really be that easy? YES IT CAN! At least it was for me.

  • I am on Quicken 2017.  I am trying to download investment accounts from Netxinvestor into Quicken and it does not work.  I followed your suggestions above and it does not work for me.  Any ideas on what to try next?  I already tried entering my 3 digit financial ID, followed by a space, followed by my account ID in the user ID field. .  Then I tried it with no space.  Neither worked.  Then I used my user ID after the 3 digit financial ID, with and without a space — neither worked.

What at can I try next?  Any ideas.
