QWin or QMac? Also, what is CSE?

    According to this:

    https://www.quicken.com/support/how-download-prices-quote-and-securities-canadian-exchange

Quicken will get quotes for Canadian Securities, (CSE = Canadian Stock Exchange"?) from
    • Toronto: TSE
    • Canadian Venture Exchange: VSE
So it does appear the answer to your question is "No".  If your security happens to also trade on one or the other "supported" exchanges then using the appropriate symbol for the appropriate exchange should work.  The article also suggests using a CSV file if you can find your security's price history on Yahoo Finance.

Quicken uses an outside supplier for the stock quotes. They would have to contract with the supplier to provide any additional quotes. Are you currently using Quicken 2019? You could add the security in question to your watch list and give it a try, or post a few tickers here and someone else can try.

If CSE quotes don't currently work and you would like them added, you can post the request here as an Idea and if others agree they can vote for it. The powers that be say they take these ideas and votes into consideration when planning enhancements.

I must say, however, that there have been numerous requests for fixes and improvements to the quotes in recent months, but little if any noticeable change.

Actually, there apparently is some anomaly in QWin-CA. Take a look at this answer and see if it helps:

smayer97, your link exactly fixed my problem with downloading CSE quotes. It's a very arcane workaround to get this exchange to download its quotes properly. It works for now, but really, Quicken should fix this so it works logically right-out-of-the-box.
