Once again, dead in the water with all my "Citi" affiliated credit cards

For - what? the third or fourth time in the last sever months? - all Citibank affiliated cards are indicating OL-295-A errors.  Attempts to re-establish download connections either give me the "It's not your fault" error or just keep circling through the connection interview, bringing me each time back to an opportunity to enter my user name and password again.

This is getting very, very old.

    Attempted to get back online using EWC.  Two accounts worked, the other 3 push out various CC errors.
