There seems to be a similar issue with the QW2016 R18.4 Mondo patch. It is 1.04GB in size! I though it would have been fixed by now after Quicken apparently recognised thgis processing error, but apparently not :(

Believe it or not 1.04GB is the proper size for that patch install.  The reason is because it is an accumulation of all the patches that came before it.

It looks very much like the erroneous patch file you pictured the contents of above though. Surely you could say the same for that one - that it was an accumulation of the releases that came before it. Only difference I can see is that it starts with R11, not R1, but is still an accumulation of incremental patches that are surely superfluous to the "quicken.all.to.r18.4.wyu" file?

Well all I can say is this is what they had from the time it was released, and they have not decided that they need to change it.  In other words it is probably wrong, but as long as customers aren't complaining about it not installing, they aren't going to change it.
