RESOLVED 10/02/2018 Barclay Bank Delaware returns CC-501/101 or CC-502/102 Error

We are currently investigating reports of Quicken for Windows and Mac Users receiving a CC-501/101 or CC-502/102 error when attempting to update or add accounts with Barclay's Bank Delaware with the Express Web Connect/Quicken Connect connection methods.

We have opened an investigation with our Service Providers and are working on a resolution.  If you would like to be notified when these errors are resolved, please "Follow" this announcement.

    RESOLVED 12/27/18

    We have received confirmation from our Service Providers that Users receiving a CC-501/101 or CC-502/102 error when attempting to update/add accounts with Barclay Bank Delaware has been resolved.

    All Quicken for Windows and Mac Users should now be able to update/add accounts successfully, however if an error message/code is still received, please search for the error code in our Help Articles - https://www.quicken.com/support or contact Quicken Support at https://www.quicken.com/support#contact-support for further assistance.
