No downloads from Merrick Bank credit card since 12/31

Merrick Bank credit card is not downloading anything since 12/31/2018. I believe it may have to do with the date format on their website. Screenshot of transactions  here, notice the date format change from December to January. http://www.upl.co/uploads/Merrick1547138834.png  Interesting though the 'online balance' matches the bank, so it is connecting, just not downloading. In searching it seems this happened for users 12 months ago as well. Anyone able to guide me on a fix or do we need to wait on Quicken to fix?

    I have a Merrick card and connected today with no issue.

    Weird i went through an hour with tech support and reset the account and some other things and it did a full download of everything from 2018 but nothing from 2019.

    If that doesn't
    resolve the issue:

    • It is the bank's contractual
      obligation to notify their Account Manager at Intuit Inc. of any changes
      to their websites and download functions in a timely manner before
      the change is implemented.
    • The bank also needs to notify
      their customers of this change and any actions that might be required by
      the customer to regain access.
    • Complain to your bank's upper
      level management.
    • Also contact Quicken Support
      via Chat or Phone at https://www.quicken.com/support#contact-support  and report this Online Banking issue, so
      that Intuit Inc. can be notified of the issue.  Ultimately, however, the bank must work
      together with Intuit on solving this update issue.

    Just an update this is not yet resolved. I was on with support for over an hour and they said that a ticket had just been opened about several banks having a similar issue. It connects fine, it goes through downloading, it shows the current balance correct and matches to the merrick bank site, it simply is not downloading new transactions.

    Greg,
    Have you checked your download log files to see if that particular transaction was ever included in the download data stream?
    If yes, does the transaction look like it's formatted correctly? Is there an accented character or other unusual character in the Payee Name field?
    You might want to let Quicken Support review this issue ...

    I now have this issue. I have a transaction that posted in January that will not download

    When I review the OFXLOG, the last transaction I see is dated 12/18/18 which was a payment. The transaction from 1/6/19 does not appear at all. I also have a payment that posted on 1/17/19, and it also does not appear. So no transactions from 2019 are downloading. I only have 2 transactions per month, a debit for 1.99 and a payment for 1.99. Both have posted per the website but neither have downloaded. The OSU log shows Balance as of 1/20/19 and no new transactions to download. The balance is correct.

    I spoke to Quicken Support and they opened a case # 02415275. I also
    spoke to Merrick Bank and they didn't seem to know that they had a
    product that allowed transactions to be downloaded to quicken. She
    opened a ticket and told me to call back in a few days... Not very
    hopeful on either...

    Working with support I deactivated Merrick Bank and added with new name, works now...

    Greg how do you do this? Do I deactivate and add them as a new account like i'm setting up for the first time?
