Line of Credit is recorded in the inverse

The LOC for whatever reason was downloaded as a positive balance. I changed it to a negative number, but when I attempt to reconcile, the difference is the inverse of the balance. I am only seeing this issue with a LOC vs credit cards that work just fine.

    Thank you. Mac OS 10.14.2, Quicken Premier 2019 5.9.2. I did receive your email to call Quicken as it sounds like a Quicken configuration issue.

    Are you currently carrying a balance in this LOC account (i.e., you owe money to the bank)?
    What is the Account Type that was created in Quicken? Should be either LOC or Credit Card.
    What is the name of the bank?

    If you received an email from someone, even someone pretending to be Quicken Harold, and the text of this email cannot be found here in this discussion ... a scam artist is trying to trick you into calling some company or person other than Quicken Support from Quicken Inc.

    If you got an email to call Quicken it was probably fake and spam. Do not call it. If you don’t see that email listed in this thread it was deleted as Spam and was not legit. There are a lot of spammers posting here. So be careful, they will try to charge you a lot (real support is free) and can put a virus on your computer to steal your info. Do not let anyone have access to your computer.
