One Step update fails - all online accounts

Quicken is unable to establish an internet connection. The host computer is internet connected and all other applications on the system communicate with a wide range of internet services. I first noticed this problem 01/19, problem persists as of 01/20. I have submitted troubleshooting details via the in product "Report a problem" feature (with no response from Quicken). The version of Quicken is "Quicken Premier, v 27.1.17.6. This application is running on a Win10 Enterprise 64 bit OS. With more than enough hardware (memory, disk, CPU).
