Clicking on a column heading will sort the transactions by that field. If you click it again, it will sort it in the opposite order. This works for fields other than dates. Let's say you want to sort alphabetically by Payee, you can click on that field heading. It will sort A to Z. Click it again and it will click Z to A. If you want to sort again by date, just click on the Date heading. So if your dates are sorted opposite to the way you like, just click on that field once.
