Pending Bill Payments
So I have an updated subscription of Quicken Premier. When Quicken was purchased by the new owners I had some payments pending through the Quicken Bill Pay with Bank of America and they were never sent. I was able to remove them from my register, but now when I try to send financial info from inside of Quicken, these all pop up again in the items to be sent. They are still not shown in my register. They are hanging out somewhere that I cannot find to make them go away. I am afraid to send any info to the bank through Bill Pay because all of these payments (some to closed accounts) look like they will go, too. No one at Quicken can seem to help and no one seems to know how to fix anything without wanting access to all my financial info on Quicken. They do not want to see sanitized files without personal info and bank balances. They also sound like they are reading off of a script and get all confused if you want to go off script straight to the problem. I have spent lots of time on the phone with tech support and still cannot use my Bill Pay because of this. Any suggestions????
