Cloud enabled screwed up balances

I turned on cloud sync last night and it screwed up my balances - I had to make huge adjustments to match the banks online balances - I could not find the reasons this happened. I'm worried I cannot trust what I see but again can't really find issues other than the initial adjustments.

    I would recommend restoring from a backup just prior to cloud sync.  Then refrain from using cloud sync.
