paycheck deposit doesn't match download due to automatic loan payment

I am tracking every line item on my paycheck for tax purposes. The issue I am having is one of my paycheck deposits does not match what is downloaded from the bank due to a loan payment that is automatically withdrawn from my direct deposit.

My paycheck is set up to deposit into two accounts.

Primary account receives the Net balance.
Secondary account receives $950

Due to a $70 automatic loan payment, the bank only shows a deposit of $880 in the secondary account on my statement. 

What is the best way to capture this?
Does this need to be a separate line item on my paycheck that I setup with the paycheck wizard? Would this cause issues properly tracking line items in the paycheck?

How would I show this split from the actual deposit amount and be able to match it to the downloaded transaction? Not being able to match this transaction is throwing off the balances.

    I see two ways to handle this.
    1) change the 950 to 880 and add another after tax deduction of 70 for the loan.
    2) leave the 950 as is and add a second reminder to deduct the 70 from the account.
