Time Saving IDEA - Quicken should automatically download Statements, organize and store them

NJSNJS Member ✭✭
Every month, we need to take the time to go log into each Financial Institution to download and save copies if the monthly statements for permanent records.

It would be great if Quicken could do this for us.  It would "Quicken" our workload.

Isn't that exactly what the Bill Center and Bill Presentment feature is all about? The big problem with that is that many providers have yet to make this available.

I don't see a Bill Center and Bill Presentment feature on Quicken Home & Business 2015.

Correct me if I'm wrong but the Manage Bills & Income Reminder feature under the Bills tab is all about setting up recurring transactions, expenses and transfers between accounts that occur on a recurring basis. Examples are monthly utility, cable, TV, etc bills as well as yearly expenses such as auto insurance, etc.

I believe what the author is asking is the ability to download the monthly financial PDF statement that the banks issue via eServices. In my case, my TD WebBroker keeps account information for the past 7 years. Following is help info on the matter provided by TD WebBroker.
    Q:
After I register for eServices, when will I receive statements, trade confirmations and/or tax documents?

    A:
Statements are issued monthly and are immediately available online in Adobe PDF format. Online statements are available for up to 7 years.

Trade confirmations are available online in Adobe PDF format the day after a trade(s) is executed. Online confirmations are available for up to 7 years.

Tax documents (beginning with the 2006 tax year) are issued annually (from late January through March) and are immediately available online in Adobe PDF format. Online tax documents are available for up to 7 years*.

Quicken 2018 has the ability to pull PDF statements directly from your bank websites into Quicken.  But like sMayer97 mentioned above, we currently support only about 50 websites for pulling in the PDF. We are working on making it available for more billers. I'll see if we can publish the list of billers for whom PDF is currently supported.

Actually, I'm looking to have Quicken automatically download and store to disk my BANK account, Brokerage account, and similar statements.
