Not getting any emails

How do I get emails of new discussions posted.  In the old community I could set up what email to use and what type of notifications emails I wanted.  I don't see these options. I would get an email anytime a new discussion was added.

    It is located under the gear icon (upper right). Currently it appears it is only a notification and does not include the body, only the title.

    I don't know what I have to do in the gear icon.  I have everything checked but I get no emails.  I got a notification email that you responded, but not getting any emails about others adding discussions.  I used to get 100's a day before.

    Have you navigated to the --> Notification Preferences....
    Either click on your avatar at the very top and then on the left sidebar, Notification Preferences, or the small globe next to your avatar at the top, and again the N.P. - then checkmark all the line items and Save -
    As mentioned, at this point, you will only receive an email with the discussion title and NOT the body of text, as in the old system -

    Yes I have these all checked and am getting emails about my discussions.  With the old community, I used to see all discussions that were going on.  100's of emails a day.  Now I don't see these.

    At this point, there does not appear to be a way to "tag" a entire Category for notifications, only specific threads within that Category - toggle the little yellow star at the end of the title line - it is a Bookmark -

    it was just enabled - you can now "follow" a Category -
    You can now see and click on a FOLLOW that is now displayed next to the Cateogry name when you have entered into that Category.

    unfortunately, the FOLLOW feature does NOT create email notifications.

    Thanks ps56k, but yesterday I "followed" a bunch of categories and I am still not getting any emails, other than your reply or emails about badges.  I had also edited my notification settings to get all emails.  I am not seeing any emails for any new posts.

    sorry - it appears that the FOLLOW feature is NOT a notification like we all thought.  We also are looking for ways to receive email notifications of specific activity within a Category or other areas..... It appears that the FOLLOW does not provide this.
    I think the only notifications we can receive - at this point - are for existing message threads that you reply to, or tag with clicking on the little "yellow star" as a Bookmark

    No response from Quicken letting us know if this is being worked on or if it will not be a feature in the future.  If not, poor upgrade.
