Can existing data from a Quicken Deluxe for Mac 2018 can be exported to Quicken for Windows 2019

Can Existing data from a Quicken Deluxe for Mac 2018 can be exported to Quicken for Windows 2019?
If not, is this feature expected to be added soon?
If so, what is the projected time-frame?

The option to convert data from Quicken for Mac to Quicken for Windows is available, but completing this conversion with a file that contains investment accounts may result in investment data loss.

    No, the conversion from Quicken Mac to Quicken Windows is broken and no one knows when it might be fixed.
