Continuous login loop

I just upgraded to Quicken Subscription (2Yr), installed the product, and now when launching it goes into a continuous login loop.  I enter my credentials, and a login prompt re-appears.  Not an error of any kind informing the login info is incorrect, just the same login prompt.  I have entered my credentials many times with the same results.  Tried an incorrect password and it did display a login error saying username or password incorrect.  Anyone else see this?  Even attempted power cycling the PC. (Cold Boot).  I upgraded from Quicken 2016.
