Quicken for Mac Canada 2019 unable to login to my RBC Royal Bank Online accounts?

I recently purchased Quicken for Mac Canada 2019 and have been familiarizing myself with the software by manually entering transactions. Now I would like to try downloading transactions from my online bank accounts at RBC Royal Bank Online banking. However when I select “RBC Bank - Online Banking” from the list of banks and sign-in with my usual username and password, I get the message “Did you mistype your sign-in info? Please retype your sign-in info for RBC Bank - Online Banking”. Retyping the same correct username and password gets the same message.
I notice that the URL provided in the list for RBC Bank - Online Banking is a simple generalized http://www.rbcbank.com whereas the actual URL for the sign-in is much more complicated: https://www1.royalbank.com/cgi-bin/rbaccess/rbunxcgi?F6=1&F7=IB&F21=IB&F22=IB&REQUEST=ClientSignin&LANGUAGE=ENGLISH&GOTO=fcooFrmPbl
Does anyone have any suggestions for resolving this problem?

I have resolved my own problem. The Royal Bank apparently doesn't do direct downloads within Quicken for Mac. However from my RBC online account it will download a .QFX file to my computer which I can then import into my Quicken software. Not exactly convenient but better than nothing!0

There are 2 RBC's. One is Canada, the other USA. I'm in Canada. Too bad it no longer works and I don't see any reason to waste a new subscription for a service that no longer works. Have to deal with their message daily reminding me to renew.
