    YES.  Your H&B data file will be brought over, and all of the H&B specific accounts will be converted to regular Q accounts.
    Naturallly, you'll lose all of the H&B specific functions also.

    If you are not managing business income/expense, nor rental property, then you will not see any difference. Premier has robust functionality, just not geared for business.
