Being charged to use Quicken Bill Pay?

I am the proud owner of Quicken Premier which you can verify from my Quicken ID.  This should mean that I do not have to pay to use Quicken Bill Pay.  However, on 1-24-2019 my checking account was charged $9.95 for the use of Quicken Bill Pay.  How do I go about getting the $9.95 refunded and ensuring that I don't get charged again?

    If you issue more than 15 payments in the month, Quicken Bill Pay isn’t free.

  • Sherlock -  Thank you for your response.  The information at the links you posted was very helpful. 

    However, I have been using Quicken Bill Pay since December 2018 and have only used it to pay a grand total of 11 bills, certainly not enough to trigger the charge.

    Now what?

    The second link provided the details on how we're supposed to contact Quicken Bill Pay for assistance.  Have you worked the issue with their customer service?

    I just contacted them, and they told me that I had been charged in error.  Once the refund has been authorized, they will send me an email response and deposit $9.95 into my checking account within 7 to 10 days.  "Check's in the mail."

  • They did the same thing to me. $9.95 and I have premier. I have 3 case numbers 2 from Bill Pay and 1 from Quicken but still no refund. I don't know how they can get away with that it sounds criminal to me
